Over the years Newbridge has merged cutting-edge technology and skilled minds to make profitable investments in stocks, agriculture, real estate and, the oil industry.
In the last decade, we have shifted focus to the cryptocurrency space. We believe that digital currencies will revolutionize our legal, economic, political, and social systems. With that transformation comes a meaningful generational shift in how institutions and individuals approach investing.
As the digital currency market has emerged and evolved, Newbridge has grown alongside it, becoming the leading partner to investors as they navigate and deploy capital into this new asset class. We can assure a very high return on investment to all our growth partners by leveraging their investments with our cash reserves. Investors' capital is used to control a large portion of our reserves which are then invested on their behalf resulting in a higher ROI in the magnitudes of x250 – x1000. Newbridge has over $60.3B worth of assets under management with over 60% coverage of the digital currency market.
We also invest in companies that provide critical products and services to governments, government-influenced markets, and commercial customers. Our target industries are large, complex, and intricate. However, our focused approach and expertise in technology-enabled products and solutions allow us to successfully identify, harness, and develop key trends relevant to our unique customers and markets. Cambium Learning Group, Inc. provides digital education solutions to school districts, educators, students and parents. The Company’s solutions target preK-12 literacy, science, math and intervention and serves approximately 75% of US school districts in all 50 states and customers in over 170 countries.

Cultivate Africa is a full range farming brand that embraces the philosophy of making food available and accessible for everybody.
Cultivate Africa will flatten the high demand curve for agricultural produce in Nigeria and provide supply through reliable and profitable supply chains to a ready and viable agricultural sector and export market.

Abaco systems
Abaco Systems, Inc. is a leading, global provider of open architecture computing and electronic systems for aerospace, defense, and industrial solutions. The company's COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products are rugged high-performance computing technologies designed to withstand harsh environments such as extreme temperature, high vibration and exposure to natural elements that are used in a wide array of applications. Abaco Systems' modular solutions are developed to upgrade and enhance the growing computing, communications and sensor processing capabilities of its target applications.

API Healthcare provides healthcare-specific integrated software that enables seamless workforce management. API Healthcare's comprehensive solution suite includes real-time, data-driven software products that help healthcare providers in using analytics to meet patient demands and drive better clinical, financial, and operational outcomes.

APTIM Corp.
APTIM Corp. provides integrated maintenance services, environmental engineering and remediation, infrastructure EPC services, program management, and disaster response and recovery for private sector and government customers. The Company serves a diverse mix of commercial customers in the power, oil and gas, chemical, manufacturing and retail sectors. Government customers include U.S. federal departments and agencies such as the DoD, DoE, FEMA and EPA, as well as state and local governments. APTIM serves customers from hundreds of offices and customer sites globally.

Wornick Foods
The Wornick Company specializes in the production, packaging and distribution of extended shelf-life, shelf-stable (“thermostabilized”) and frozen foods. With over 30 years of experience in food manufacturing and food processing, Wornick has a reputation for excellent quality and service in developing and producing meal solutions for military, consumer and foodservice markets. Wornick’s products include a range of military food rations including MREs (Meals Ready-to-Eat) utilized by American troops in the early days of their deployment in foreign theatres of operation, ready-to-eat meals for humanitarian operations and special situations, and thermostabilized foods manufactured for commercial branded food companies.

Bitcoin
Launched in 2009, bitcoin is the world's largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization. Newbridge uses Bitcoin as it's currency for transacting with our Growth Partners. We hold a total of $680.30m worth of Bitcoin in our reserves.

Bitstamp is one of the longest-standing cryptocurrency exchanges and is based in Luxembourg.

Ethereum
As a blockchain network, Ethereum is a decentralized public ledger for verifying and recording transactions. The network's users can create, publish, monetize, and use applications on the platform, and use its Ether cryptocurrency as payment.
The price of Ethereum has moved 581% just in the last one year. Newbridge Capital holds about $270m worth of Ethereum in it's reserves.
